Hummus Bi Tahini

Cup canned chick peas

Cup tahini

Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Cup olive oil

Teaspoons cumin

Tablespoon fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Plum tomatoes, diced

Process

Place all ingredients, except tomatoes in blender and puree
until a smooth paste is formed.

Adjust seasonings to suit individual taste.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to set.

Add diced tomatoes at time of serving.
