Turkish Garbanzo Bean, Tomato, Carrot & Pasta

Ingredients

Tablespoons olive oil

Spanish onions, finely diced

Large carrots, finely diced

Stalks celery, finely diced

16 ounce cans chicken broth
|

Tablespoon ground cumin

Tablespoon ground coriander

15.5 ounce can garbanzo beans (chick peas)

15.5 ounce can diced tomatoes

Cup short uncooked pasta

Process

Heat olive oil in sauté pan. Sauté onions, carrots and
celery until soft.

Add chicken broth and seasoning and simmer over low heat
for about 15 minutes.
|

Add beans, tomatoes and pasta and cook until pasta is tender.
