Marinated Chick Peas

Ingredients

Cup olive oil

Tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Cloves garlic

Tablespoons minced fresh thyme
|

Tablespoon capers
|
|
|
Salt and pepper to taste

Hard boiled egg, chopped
|

15 ounce can chick peas, rinsed and drained
|
|
|
Process

Blend the oil and vinegar, garlic, thyme, capers and the salt & pepper.

Add the egg and chick peas.
|

Cover and refrigerate overnight and serve at room temperature.
