Tapas Recipes: Spicy Sausage in Red Wine

Pound hot, spicy sausage, cut into ¼ inch rounds

Cup dry red wine
|
|

Tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh herbs

Cloves garlic
|
|
|
French bread cubes
|

Process

Preheat oven to 450°. Place sausage slices on a shallow baking sheet.

Pour, wine, herbs and garlic over sausage and bake for 10 minutes.
