Tapas Recipes:
  Spicy Sausage in Red Wine

Ingredients

1 Pound hot, spicy sausage, cut into ¼ inch rounds
¼ Cup dry red wine
2 Tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh herbs
Cloves garlic
French bread cubes

Process

Preheat oven to 450°. Place sausage slices on a shallow baking sheet.

Pour, wine, herbs and garlic over sausage and bake for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with French bread cubes for soaking up sauce.
